 Robber's Cave often known as Gucchu Pani is located near Anarwala village and at a distance of 8km from the capital city Dehradun . This place is best for nature lovers and is one of the must visit place in Uttarakhand . Robbers cave is more than half kilometer long and full of natural beautiful scenarios. Moreover , there  is a small ten-meter long waterfall also which adds glitter to the vacations .

Robber's Cave is so named because during the rule of British government , robber's used to store their belongings here . According to a  legend , Lord Shiva is believed to abode here. 
This place is  surrounded by mountains, hills, and forests . This place is best for nature lovers . The Robber's Cave is  600m long . The cave is basically a narrow gorge formed in conglomerate limestone area in Doon valley . The place offers  spellbinding sightsee and mesmerizing sceneries, which promises a wonderful yet memorable experience.
One of the interesting part of this Cave is it's water . Water in this cave appears and vanishes all of a sudden . And reappeares after sometime . There is also a 10m high waterfall at the end of the cave . Many people enjoy bathing at this fall . There are many shops where you can enjoy tasty snacks . Mindrolling Monastery

Mindrolling Monastery is one of the  of the six monasteries of the Nyingma school of Buddhism and was built in 1965 by Khochhen Rinpoche . The place consists of the world's tallest stupa of an height of 60m .  The place is an  excellent example of Buddhist art . This place is located in Dehradun . 

Tapkeshawar Temple


Tapkeshwar Temple is dedicated to lord Shiva and is located at a distance of 6km from  Dehradun . The temple is often referred as Tapkeshwar Mahadev Temple . The temple is famous for  naturally formed Shiva linga inside  the cave . The place is most visited on the occasion of  shivratri .
